After completing your purchase, your order will be promptly processed, and you will receive a confirmation email shortly.

All orders are processed on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding Public Holidays within Malaysia). However, orders placed after 12pm will be processed on the next working day (Monday to Friday).

** Orders placed on Friday after 12pm and over the weekend will be processed on the following Monday, excluding Public Holidays.

Peninsular Malaysia: Orders under RM200 will incur a RM15 delivery charge, while order of RM200 or more will qualify for free delivery.

East Malaysia: Orders under RM400 will incur a RM25 delivery charge, while order of RM400 or more will qualify for free delivery.

West Malaysia: 3-7 working days

East Malaysia: 5-14 working days

**Shipping may take additional time during promotional periods, holidays and extreme weather conditions

Refunds cannot be issued once payment has been made.

Kindly notify us of your case within 7 days of receiving your order via Email or WhatsApp. Please retain the mailer or box with the Air Waybill, as it is necessary for the investigation process. Cases that do not adhere to these guidelines will not be eligible for review.
